this is a video Rich took of me using my new sewing machine --working on a quilt that I started several years ago and now it is almost finished. As soon as I complete this quilt, I am going to start doing some embroidery. can't wait

Post-Makeover Update

Well it has been 2 weeks since our block party and the big reveal. Rich and I have used the Wii, and I am proud to say that I beat him in a bowling match. We have also been enjoying watching movies in our new room on the new TV, especially with the great sound we get.

I am currently (I should say we) learning how to use all the different techno gizmos. I have my first sewing machine class today and am very excited. I can’t wait to start learning about this computerized sewing machine.

Some one asked me if I would do this again, and I said in a heart beat!!! It was the best experience and everyone from the Gurus to the crew treated us like their family. I will miss them dearly.

To the Words ---can’t wait to see your reveal this Saturday at the block party. Enjoy your week although it will be quite hectic. That’s all for now.
